Here is a option to make your Excel Sheet Password protected.Just follow
these steps...

1.Open the Excel Sheet first.

2.Go to Tools Menu.

3.Click on the Options Button.

4.Here you can see so many options,just click the security button.

5.You can see a window named "Password To Open",here give your desired Password.

6.When you close Excel Sheet you have to put your password again.

7.To open the Excel Sheet again give your password.

By this your Excel Sheet is safe....
